What is the program?

The Costa Rica- Spain Triangular Cooperation Program is an instrument used for the transfer of technologies, methodologies, knowledge and experience by Costa Rican institutions, and government agencies to different organizations or public agencies in third countries that are also in development.

This initiative is the result of a compromise between the governments of Costa Rica and Spain to jointly promote cooperation in Latin America and the Caribbean.

The Program is a platform for the selection, financing and implementation of technical cooperation projects through triangular cooperation, implemented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship of Costa Rica with the participation of the Ministry of National Planning and Economic Policy, and the Technical Office of Cooperation of the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation for Development.
